This field guide page gives a description of the key features of a mollivan.
Welcome aboard
mollivan.com is the web home of Jon Sullivan and Laura Molles, two biologists living in Christchurch, New Zealand.
This website is a grab-bag of all sorts of things we're up to that we'd like to share with our friends or the whole wide world.
The lounge is the place to go to find out what we've been up to outside of work. It's a place for photos, family, friends, and general silliness.
The science area is an entry into our work as professional biologists at Lincoln University, New Zealand. At the moment the website just offers our CVs and links to our publications. But we have plans!
The webtech area details the work of our alter-egos, the mollivan website builders. Our webtech blog contains all sorts of hard-earned lessons about building websites, using Macs, and other short-cuts we wish we'd known at the time.
Mollivan.com is currently under construction. It's best if you call again later rather than risk personal injury slipping on one of the piles of code scattered on the web floor.
What's new
Not much of anything: 26 October 2006
A few links have been repaired and added but otherwise things are looking pretty quiet on the mollivan web front. Ah, but there's always the future.
Swish new look: 10 April 2006
This design has been modified from the award winning opensource web design, lazydays, by Fullahead. Thanks Fullahead!
The heading shows silhouettes of the iconic New Zealand cabbage tree, Cordyline australis.
